The 85th Anniversary worship service and luncheon will be held on April 3, 2011. Following the morning service there will be a covered dish luncheon with fried chicken provided. Bring a friend and your favorited casserole, side dish, salad or dessert. Grace PCA is making plans to host a Fall Bible Conference, from September 17, 2010 through September 19, 2010. Subject: WIC Fall Retreat

Dear Ladies of Southeast Louisiana Presbytery,

The WIC of Grace is planning a Fall Retreat, similar to the PresWIC Retreats we used to have.  While this retreat is a function of our WIC, we are extending an invitation to our sister churches in our Presbytery.  The dates are Friday and Saturday, October 8 and 9, 2010, and it will be held at Feliciana Retreat Center in Norwood , LA.   Please see their web site for more information- www.felicianaretreat.org.  The cost will be $65 which includes overnight accommodations and three meals.  These are motel-like rooms, 2 or 3 people in a room. 

Our special guest speaker will be Mrs. Cris Oliver of Charlotte , North Carolina .  Her husband John holds the Robert Strong chair of Homiletic at Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte . Mrs. Oliver serves as an advisor to the seminary women, writes and speaks. 

This letter is being sent to find out if there are those in your church who are interested in attending a fall retreat.  Ladies and girls from high school age on up to us grandmas are invited.  Attached is a copy of a signup sheet.  We are asking you to have anyone interested to sign the sheet and return it to us in the near future, or you can just email us with a number.  We will ask for a $30 deposit at the time of registration, which will be around August 1. 

Our church family does not have the ability to handle the music for a retreat and would treasure any sister church with talents in this area.  We feel it would add to the blessing of the retreat.

Reverend Bobby Penny will lead the worhsip service on April 11, 2010 at Grace Presbyterian Church. 

The GPCA Women in the Church will host a covered dish luncheon at Grace following the morning worship service.  All church members and former members are invited to attend this celebration of the 84th anniversary of GPCA.  Friends and neighbors of GPCA are also invited to both the worship service and the luncheon through this medium.
